We all believe that 5 stars out of 5 is the best review score for the business. Well, it is not true.
Couple of months ago I saw the results of a research on that. Unfortunately, I cannot find it now even though I tried really hard.
The thing is that the best review score from convertion perspective is between 4.2 and 4.5 (to what I remember). That means your potential customer is more likely to choose your business if you are within this range than perfect 5 out of 5.
It looks like 5 out of 5 is considered like cheating because nobody is perfect.
So, enjoy more money by not being perfect.
