Independent, cross-disciplinary, evidence-led

About Alexey Kochetov

I work between business strategy, marketing, technology, data and execution — where the hardest digital problems usually live.

The useful perspective

I learned to look between disciplines.

My work began with business strategy and international markets — not with a single digital specialty. Since 2008, I have worked across SEO, websites, analytics, platforms, marketing operations and international growth.

That breadth became most useful when apparently competent work still failed to produce the expected business result. The difficult problem was rarely contained in one channel. It sat between strategy and execution, marketing and development, data and decisions, agencies and internal ownership.

Business firstBegin with the result, constraints and decision — not the tool.
Whole-system viewFollow the chain across channels, teams, data and platforms.
Evidence over theatreSeparate confirmed findings from hypotheses and persuasive claims.
Practical directionTurn complexity into priorities people can actually implement.

Across disciplines

Working principles

What you can expect

Independent by structure

The diagnosis is not tied to selling one implementation, platform or retainer.

Direct communication

Complex findings are explained in language owners and specialists can act on.

Respect for the team

The purpose is to locate the system gap, not to manufacture blame.

Clear uncertainty

I distinguish what is confirmed, what is probable and what still needs evidence.

Proportional solutions

Recommendations should match the business impact and not add unnecessary complexity.

Owner-side focus

The final question is always what the business should decide and do next.

My job is to make a complex digital situation understandable enough for you to decide what happens next.

The cases that fit

When this perspective is most useful

A strong fit

  • the problem crosses several teams, systems or vendors;
  • the business impact is material;
  • existing explanations conflict or feel incomplete;
  • you are willing to provide access and act on evidence.

Not the best fit

  • the task is routine and has a known solution;
  • you only need hands to execute a fixed checklist;
  • the expected answer has already been decided;
  • there is no owner for the resulting decisions.

Bring the problem that does not fit neatly into one department.
