Refund and Returns Policy

At alexeko.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Services Only

We provide digital services only (web development, marketing, consulting, etc.). We do not sell physical products or offer physical delivery. Therefore, traditional return policies do not apply.

2. No Refunds for Completed Work

Once a service has been fully delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued. This includes:

  • Completed websites or landing pages

  • Delivered ad campaigns or designs

  • Final presentations or reports

  • Completed integrations or audits

3. Partial Refunds for Canceled Projects

If you cancel a project after it has started but before final delivery, you may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on:

  • The amount of work already completed

  • Any third-party costs already incurred (e.g. domain registration, plugin licenses, ad spend)

  • Administrative time and project setup

⚠️ Please note: All refunds will exclude any payment processing fees or bank transfer fees charged by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, card issuers, banks). These fees are non-recoverable.

All refund requests must be made in writing and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Deposits and Upfront Payments

Deposits or upfront payments (if agreed in writing) are non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • A scheduling conflict that makes it impossible for us to complete the project

  • A service failure on our part, which is not caused by force majeure or client inaction

5. Service Modifications Instead of Refunds

In some cases, instead of issuing a refund, we may offer:

  • An alternative service of equal value

  • A partial credit toward a future project

This will always be agreed mutually and in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after approving the brief

  • You failed to provide required materials, feedback, or access

  • You misunderstood the scope despite clear written agreements

  • Delays were caused by your team or third parties
