Setup Online Business for an Authorized Retailer of Leica
Leica Authorized retailer decided to start an online business from the scratch. (Austria)
Business owner initial requirement was to start online business in the manner that it became break-even in 3 months.
What was done:
1. Pick up domain name and make online shop (WooCommerce) according to Leica guidance which are very strict.
2. Set up Google My Business, Facebook Page, Search Console and Google Analytics.
3. Set up and support Google AdWords campaigns.
4. Train store personnel to use website.
5. Provide personnel with a guide on using Facebook page. Break-even was reached in 4 months because of higher expenses for the AdWords during the first 3 months.
