About Alexey Kochetov
I Learned to Look Between Disciplines
My work began with business strategy and international markets — not with a single digital specialty.
Since 2008, I have worked across SEO, websites, analytics, digital platforms, marketing operations and international growth. That breadth became most useful when apparently competent work still failed to produce the expected business result.
I learned that the hardest problems rarely belong to one channel. They sit in the gaps: between strategy and execution, marketing and development, data and decisions, agencies and internal ownership.
The Recurring Problem
The work can look correct in every department and still fail as a system.
SEO may report visibility, advertising may report leads, developers may report delivered features and analytics may report activity. Yet revenue, conversion, operational efficiency or customer experience does not improve as expected.
That is the problem I investigate: not who can defend their task, but where the chain between activity and outcome actually breaks.
How I Work
Start with the objective. Map the system. Test the assumptions. Follow the evidence.
I turn the findings into priorities that owners can decide on and specialists can implement. When needed, I brief the existing team, challenge proposals and stay involved long enough to verify that the resolution works.
Independent by Structure
I work independently so the diagnosis is not tied to selling one implementation.
I can work with the agencies and specialists you already trust. If implementation support is required, I can also coordinate appropriate professionals from my network — while keeping the investigation, recommendations and verification accountable to your objective.
The Cases That Fit
I work with owners and senior decision-makers when the digital problem crosses several teams, systems or vendors.
The best cases have meaningful business impact, incomplete or conflicting explanations, and a client willing to provide access and act on evidence. A routine task with a known solution does not need an investigator.
What You Can Expect
Clear thinking, direct communication and respect for the people already doing the work.
I do not promise certainty before the evidence exists. I separate confirmed findings from hypotheses, explain trade-offs in plain language and keep recommendations proportional to the business objective.
My job is to make a complex digital situation understandable enough for you to decide what happens next.
