How it all started
A path I never expected
I never planned to work in IT.
In fact, I had no background in it at all.
My professional path started far from websites and digital tools — in strategy, international markets, and government projects.
But everything changed in 2008, when one of the biggest IT groups in the CIS asked me to help them expand globally.
I came in to support business development, but quickly found myself deep in the real barriers to growth: the chaos inside their digital operations.
The moment it clicked
It wasn’t the strategy that was missing. It was structure. Clarity. Execution.
And that’s when it clicked.
From discovery to doing
Since then, I’ve been on a mission
to help businesses grow by simplifying and organizing their online presence — and making sure it actually works toward their real goals.
What I learned along the way is that most small and medium businesses can’t afford a full-scale IT department. They juggle website guys, ad specialists, CRM implementers — and no one really looks at the full picture.
My role is to bring that picture together. To not just advise, but design solutions, estimate scope, align with your team (or mine), and make things happen — clearly, calmly, and with your business goals at the center.
Independent, but not alone
For years, I led digital projects for companies trying to scale across continents.
And in 2015, I took everything I’d learned and started working independently.
That gave me the freedom to work closely with business owners, cut through noise, and build a small, trusted team that can handle anything from strategy to launch.
